On Sunday May 6,2007 Bobby Walker age 15 was shot by a Dallas Area Rapid Transport (DART) police officer. This is a Protest on November 2, 2007 organized by the New Black Panther Party, in response to Walkers killing.

@tyan: Thank you very much. I felt as though the whole event was a time warp back in the civil rights days that I was never even close to be a part of. It made me feel like I made a difference letting the world know something about someone else.

Well, you let me know something I didn't know - that there is a New Black Panther Party. Hope their better organized and more reflective of the real goal. Not the immediate gratification of the moment... Nice images here in this series..well done street images..

Thank you for your support and encouragement. The NBPP I hope has a wider and more concrete goal and move towards something that is not another publicity stunt, but actually help the people involved.
